This is a living plant, trained over six months into a tall, even cone: wide at the base, tapering to a single clean tip.

At 7.5 ft it stands taller than most people, so one plant fills an empty corner or frames a gate on its own. Space several evenly along a drive and you get a formal avenue. No masonry, nothing to install — it comes in a grow pot, ready to place or plant.

Malpighia, tied branch by branch onto a steel frame and re-tied as it thickens, so the taper stays even from base to tip and the foliage is dense enough to read as one solid green shape from across the garden.
